the warehouse apartment, for
riverview

Residents: Steve Rogers [616], Bucky Barnes [616], Tony Stark [616]
(Pictures just for style reference. It's not the same building from canon.)
Steve and Bucky moved out of communal housing the first week of August, finally beginning to settle in Riverview, for at least the foreseeable future. They pooled their savings together to purchase a spacious but run-down building that the owner was trying to get rid of for cheap. The three-story brick building used to be a warehouse/factory, and the former owner had started (but not made a lot of progress) converting it to housing, which left it a definite fixer-upper.
It will take a fair bit of their spare time to finish cleaning up and renovating the place to their liking, but Steve and Bucky enjoy having a project. Eventually they'll be setting it up much like Steve's Brooklyn apartment back home.
Bottom Floor / Entrance: Mostly garage space. Concrete flooring, bare brick walls, and brick support pillars scattered throughout, with industrial style overhead lighting. One corner near the big bay exit door is devoted to Bucky's cherry red Indian motorcycle and a rack of tools that separate it off. Nearest the entrance is a wide service elevator, which will have security.
1st Floor / Gym: More open space with smooth floors, bare brick walls, and brick support pillars. There are several padded mats strewn around, and eventually, this will house all their second-hand and custom-built gym equipment. It's big enough for a few people to be working out at once, or there's enough open floor space for sparring.
2nd Floor / Residence: The actual apartment is on the top floor. The bare brick theme continues, but the apartment has hardwood flooring instead of concrete, and looks a bit homier and slightly less industrial. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen that opens into the living room, divided by a wide brick arch. There are a few personal touches here and there, but generally the decor is sparse and meaningful. The walls in most of the rooms are adorned with Steve's sketches of various places and people, in simple metal frames. It's all a little run-down, and not too fancy, but it's comfortable. Livable. Most of the furniture is second-hand and practical, like the overstuffed leather couch in the living room. The TV is pretty nice, at least. A set of bare metal stairs leads up to the roof.
Roof / "The Office": A flat concrete roof surrounded by thigh-high brick half-walls that overlooks the city and the river. Somehow, they dragged an old vinyl couch up here, and it's arranged with two lawn chairs to make a seating spot. They just really like the roof.
